JBT Corporation’s Automated Systems business is a leading global supplier of automated, self-guided vehicle systems to the automotive, food & beverage, hospital and consumer product manufacturing industries.  With offices in the United States and Europe, we are one of the world’s leading producers of automated vehicle systems. 


We have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team in the Greater Philadelphia area.  This individual is responsible for coordinating and executing all marketing activities for JBT’s automated guided vehicle (AGV) product line.



  • Develops and implements marketing strategies and objectives at the direction of the Sales Director, with specific emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Creates and coordinates digital marketing assets (e.g. videos, photos, spec. sheets, case studies, etc.).
  • Gathers and analyzes market data by conducting research to identify trends and opportunities by coordinating with industry sources (e.g. MHI and PSLT)
  • Manages all trade show events, including messaging, booth layout, show logistics and follow-up.
  • Responsible for online messaging, digital marketing and social media strategy for the entire automated guided vehicle (AGV) division.
  • Maintains brand voice, and ensures all communications conform to and abide by brand guidelines.
  • Manages and updates company touch-points, such as voicemail, location signage and graphics, and demonstration area.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university required.
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Capital equipment and/or software marketing experience desired.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (20% travel).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio and Excel.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere & Final Cut) or similar editing software required.
  • Sitecore or similar content management software experience desired
  • Experience strategically using online digital tools (YouTube/Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, etc.) as a part of a digital strategy.
