    We have an immediate opportunity for a Systems Support Engineer to join our Product Services & Support team in the Greater Philadelphia area to provide remote or on-site technical asistance to resolve electro-mechanical issues and errors on automated guided vehicle systems.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Responds to customer inquiries through phone or email support.
    • Uses advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical or software deficiencies with system components.
    • Performs preventative maintenance, training and repairs at customer site.
    • Performs on-site software updates.
    • Responds to emergency situations timely, including on-site visits.
    • Participate in after-hours emergency phone support rotation.

    Qualifications

     

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or other related field
    • 3+ years experience working in the mechanical/electronics field.
    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Familiar with SQL
    • Prior software experience required
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50%
    • Valid driver’s license
