    A&B Process Systems is an industry leader in the design, fabrication, automation and installation of stainless steel process systems used in a variety of industries.     We have immediate opportunities for experienced welders, fabricators and fitters in our Stratford plants and on our Traveling Installation Team.


    Shop Welder/Fabricator Summary:

    Advanced welding level position with intermediate supervisory responsibilities. The primary role is to ensure quality welding, fabrication/fitting and finishing with proper weld preparation, manufacturing of components, fit-up of assemblies, and finishing components.


    Installation Welder/Fitter Summary:

    This is a technical\hands on position, which will be responsible for complete and accurate installation tasks for A & B Process Systems. This position will take an active role in the execution of assigned tasks through project leadership and coordination with other leads, supervisors, construction managers and project managers. Weekly travel is required and per diem is paid weekly, paid individual hotel rooms and overtime (after 8 hours per day and on weekends). Opportunity to earn a Quarterly Performance Bonus!


    Education & Experience:

    A High School degree or GED is preferred. A strong mechanical aptitude with a high degree for attention to detail and quality is a definite plus. The Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.


    This is a service-orientated position. The successful candidate must genuinely enjoy working with people, have a pleasant disposition, and be willing to advance the goals of the organization by demonstrating competence in relevant subject areas and a willingness to be helpful


    The successful candidate requires the ability to successfully pass pre-employment testing including a hair follicle drug test.
