    We have an immediate opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.


    • Review various contractual documents including but not limited to, sales contracts, representative agreements, consultant agreements, subcontracts, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, memorandums of understanding, and other legal documents, contracts and certifications.
    • Review contract language in customer documents, identify terms that do not comply with corporate contract guidelines, and make recommendations regarding how to eliminate, mitigate or manage risks.
    • Participate in pre-bid meetings, customer negotiations, and support sales team with advice and recommendations regarding alternate contract language.
    • Provide management and Sales with results of reviews and negotiations, prepare reports as needed, work closely with Contracts Administrator to maintain contract files, and collaborate with Controller to ensure ASC606 compliance is achieved.



    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 10+ years of contracts-related experience
    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Exemplary analytical skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Able to travel, domestic and international.
    • Valid driver’s license
