We have an immediate opportunity for a part-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to work 20 hours/week - flexible hours.


Makes daily collection calls to customers with past-due accounts

Updates customers on account balances

Ensures adequate documentation of all customer interactions

Keeps and maintains files

Researches and helps to resolve payment discrepancies and issues

Reviews past due invoices in ERP system

Composes correspondence



High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills

Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Prior Customer Service or Call Center experience, a plus

Prior Accounts Receivable experience preferred, but not required
