JBT Corporation has an opening for a Health, Safety, Environmental Manager in the Sandusky, OH facility.
This position is responsible for:
Supervising the health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with established Federal, State, local, and Corporate policies and OSHA regulations. This includes requirements relating to employee training, record keeping, permits, reports, policies, procedures, and the related compliance issues. You will investigate accidents and injuries and manage all related medical first aid and case management (worker’s compensation) activities. In addition, you will also be responsible for security management to ensure employee safety and protection of company property.
Bachelor of Science degree is required, preferably in Safety and Environmental Management, along with five to seven years previous experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful applicant will also be required to travel to other JBT locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
